Traveling gluten-free in the Czech Republic is easier than one might think. Since Prague is a touristy place, you will always find English speakers there; in other parts of the country this may be a challenge. Anyway, the Czech Celiac society has an excellent English overview with information on gluten-free shopping, products, restaurants and important vocabulary. In fact, it is almost exactly like I imagine my country overviews to become - so this one link should be enough at this point! |
