Well, Bosnia and Herzegovina are certainly not made for gluten-free travelers. There doesn't seem to be any Celiac association so far, and I didn't find the least bit of information before my trip in 2007. I really felt like a pioneer. Now, while being a pioneer can be exciting, it's all but convenient. So here I'm sharing all I could find out (not complete yet!) - may my successors have an easier time :-) |
